What made you sign up for the Nivea 5X5 Challenge?
The cause! To be able to give children and their families a break from their own daily challenges is totally worth it.
Have you ever attempted such a distance before?
No! The longest I ever swam was about 7k.
What are your thoughts as you look forward to the challenge ahead?
To make the most of the training in order to better ready for the gruelling challenge ahead, not to aggravate the problems I have had with my elbow and ensuring to enjoy the experience and beauty that Open Water Swimming has to offer on our islands.
